The first step in any transformation is ensuring we are the right fit for each other. I invite you to book a complimentary consultation via Phone or Zoom. This is a quiet, low-pressure space for us to discuss your challenges and see how we can work together to make the changes you seek.
1. Building a Foundation for Change
Real transformation happens when we move from a place of safety. For new clients, I recommend an initial series of at least four sessions (ideally scheduled over 6 to 8 weeks). This allows us to create and nurture the new space within you where change can take root.
In these 60-minute sessions, we will work together to:
Regulate your nervous system: Build the skills to manage the "ups and downs" of daily life with more ease We create a stable place for you to land in any moment.
Develop a clear vision: Define exactly what you want to change and why it matters to you. Then we work to gently soften any patterns that may hold you back.
Create a roadmap: Build a plan for change that makes sense for your life right now.
2. Deepening the Transformation
Many clients choose to continue our work long-term to achieve significant, sustainable change. As we deepen our work, you will develop a mindful awareness of old patterns and build the power to celebrate your new strengths. You will move past the barriers and into a life filled with more clarity, stability, and joy.
