Conscious EFT™ (Tapping)

The HEART of the work, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is the primary tool I use. It is a research-backed method that involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on a feeling or memory.

  • The Benefit: It provides quick, effective relief for anxiety, overwhelm, and the "stuck" patterns that traditional talk therapy sometimes misses.

  • Conscious EFT™: This advanced framework integrates neuroscience and trauma-informed care, ensuring your transformation is sustainable and safe.

F.A.S.T. / T.T.T. (First Aid for Stress & Trauma / Trauma Tapping Technique)

Immediate Support This is an expanded version of the Trauma Tapping Technique. It is designed to lower the "alarm" in your nervous system quickly.

  • The Benefit: These techniques bring immediate stability to your body, helping you feel grounded and centered in minutes.

Energy Medicine (EM)

Balancing Your Systems Our bodies are electromagnetic vehicles that can sometimes get "blocked" or out of balance. By using tools from Reiki and Eden Energy Medicine, we re-align these subtle energy fields.

  • The Benefit: This brings your body back to a state of homeostasis (natural balance), allowing your physical and emotional systems to communicate better.

Energy Psychology & Self Havening

Rewriting the Story Havening Techniques® (meaning "to put in a safe place") and other Energy Psychology tools focus on the relationship between your thoughts and your biology.

  • The Benefit: We can literally "de-link" the emotional distress from a memory, allowing you to move through life with curiosity instead of fear.
