A Journey Toward Joyful Nourishment

If you have tried every diet, chased "perfection," or found yourself stuck in a cycle of punishment rather than nourishment, you are not alone. Most of our daily behaviors around food are run by subconscious programming. When we eat in a state of stress or self-judgment, we feed a deeper cycle of shame that keeps us struggling.

But there is a different way.

I invite you to step away from the battle and into a place of self-acceptance. This program is about more than what you "should" eat. It’s about how you nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

The Philosophy: Nourishment is More Than Food

We are complex energetic beings. While food and exercise are fundamental, joy, creativity and connection are also essential nutrients for a balanced life.

In this program, we align three vital systems:

Your Nervous System: Using Conscious EFT™ and Havening to shift out of "stress eating" and into grounded stability. From here, we can soften our cravings and emotional eating patterns, opening space for new choices.

Your Energy Systems: Using Energy Medicine, we build a stable foundaiotn for lasting vitality.

Your Digestive System: We start by adding in whole foods that support a healthy microbiome and reducing inflammation. (This component of the program is based on what we now know about anti-inflammatory nutrition, our microbiome and how it impacts our well-being. Recommendations are general and are not designed as nutritional advice. For clients with specific sensitivities and metabolic challenges, I recommend working with a funcitonal nutrition practitioner.)

Program Options

I offer this journey in two formats to meet you where you are:

  • Individual Coaching: Personalized, one-on-one sessions tailored specifically to your unique history and goals. Inividual sessions are 90 minutes.

  • Small Group Reset: Join a supportive circle of 4 to 6 people. We meet once a week for 2 hours over six weeks to build a foundation for sustainable change together.

For me, this knowledge helped me see my struggles with food in a different light. I recognized that the way I eat, feel and how I deal with stress do NOT make me a bad person. Once I understod how our different systems can work together to create wellness, I fels more compassion for the struggles I experienced, and also felt more confident that I could nurture and nourish myself in ways that bring pleasure, joy and wellbeing.
